Hi, my name is Leesa Meador and I am the art teacher here at Waccamaw Elementary.  I was born and raised in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Floyd, VA.  I am married and my husband and I have lived in South Carolina since 1983.  All three of our children "graduated" from Waccamaw Elementary School so this school is very dear to my heart.  The youngest member of our family arrived in Dec. 2016 and that is my granddaughter, Lilian Grace Meador!

This is my 34th year of teaching.  I taught 11 years of 1st and 2nd grades and am currently teaching my 23nd year of art.  I love what I do and feel so lucky to be a part of the Waccamaw Elementary family.
