Subjects Taught
Special Education

I attended the College of Charleston and  graduated with a masters degree in Special Education.

My first teaching job in 1995 was at Socastee High school in Myrtle Beach. I worked as a resource teacher for students with learning disabilities.  Following my time at Socastee I worked at St. James High School in Murrells Inlet.  In 2004 I moved into elementary special education at New Prospect Elementary in Spartanburg, SC.  I came to Georgetown County in 2005 where I have worked at Kensington and Waccamaw Elementary Schools.

I currently reside in the Murrells Inlet area with my husband David and my three children. I am from this area and have lived here most of my life.
